The Wilson Centre for Blood Cancer Genomics
The Wilson Centre is a leading Australian genomic testing and research centre that accelerates best diagnosis and personalised treatment outcomes to give all blood cancer patients a fighting chance from the start. The Wilson Centre currently provides genomic testing through the Molecular Haematology laboratory at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in the following settings:
Difficult lymphoma cases that may benefit from additional genomic analyses. Your Haematologist can contact piers.blombery@petermac.org with enquiries.
Whole genome sequencing for patients with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL)
Research (i.e. non-clinical) whole genome sequencing for patients with B-cell or T-cell ALL is currently being performed as part of a research study to investigate the diagnostic utility of WGS in the setting of ALL. Please have your Haematologist contact piers.blombery@petermac.org with enquiries regarding study participation.
Information regarding the laboratory’s routine genomic tests is available here: Peter Mac Molecular Haematology request form.
