This survey is a component of a larger project, aiming to develop a PRO monitoring and implementation protocol and contributing to the completion of a PhD. This substudy will survey clinician participants on their understanding of and opinions on challenges implementing and using PRO measures (PROM) in routine lymphoma clinical care (this study). Is being run through REDCap. All responses anonymous. HSANZ also being approached to circulate. Patient survey coming from Leukemia Foundation
