The aim of this retrospective analysis is to determine the clinical characteristics of THRLBCL and treatment outcomes including whether a front-line intensified chemotherapeutic approach confers improved response rates compared to standard of care R-CHOP with a focus on outcomes in the relapsed/refractory setting following administration of novel agents.
