Primary objectives:
1. To evaluate the different therapeutic approaches in patients with blastoid mantle cell lymphoma
2. To assess the toxicity and tolerability of utilised immunochemotherapy regimens
3. To evaluate overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) (please see methods section for details)

Secondary objectives:
1. To identify patient and disease characteristics in this population group
2. To identify important prognostic factors

20 July 2023 – umbrella lymphoma ethics been approved. CRF to be circulated

29 August 2024 – been a change in investigators, Danielle finalising CRF, due to be circulated

17 February 2025 – Revised with new AT, sorting our ethics. Will get this moving this year. Protocol has been circulated

29/7/25 – sites have expressed interest to join, looking to start collecting data this year. CRF has been updated. Will recirculate protocol and CRF.

19/2/26 been delayed by staff shortages/changeovers. Will be recirculating protocal.
